Installer: Samples can't be installed with an unexpected error(error code is 2711)

Environment

1> SQL Server 2008
2> OS: X64 or X86
3> Sample-Build: 90714
 

Repro steps

1> Click one of samples' installer
2> Finish the steps by following the wizard
 

Expectation

The samples can be installed without error
 

Actually

The installation can't be finished for an error:
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2711.

Verified on 90720
